Bookings

All first-time bookings require a free meet & greet. Bookings are confirmed once we've received your details and dates.

Vaccinations

All dogs must be fully vaccinated (including kennel cough) and free from parasites. Proof required at meet & greet.

Cancellations

Life happens — please let us know as soon as your plans change and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to decline dogs who show aggression that would put other dogs or people at risk. Owners remain responsible for their dog at all times.

Emergencies

In the event of a veterinary emergency, we will contact you immediately and take your dog to your registered vet or the nearest available practice.
